Chef Joseph Kahat, born in Greece, blends diverse culinary influences from his Syrian and Polish heritage. Trained at IEK AKMI, he honed his craft at Domes of Elounda and Mont Cervin Palace, working alongside Michelin-starred chefs. Nature serves as his muse, inspiring him to reimagine Greek and Mediterranean cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients.
