Executive Chef

Michiel Geldenhuys has previously worked at Zeitz MOCAA events and Ocular bar and lounge. He has been featured on various TV shows and radio programs, and has collaborated with brands like Condé Nast, Gucci, and Moët Chandon. He has a modernist approach to food and specializes in French cuisine, as well as Scandinavian and Japanese cuisine. Michiel has worked at several renowned restaurants and franchises, including the Potluck Club, The Test Kitchen, and Col Cacchio’s.
