The special journey starts after his graduation from the Cordon Bleu and Ecole Ducasse in Paris and an award winning from S. Pellegrino Young Chef Competition. His culinary expertise starts from Luxury Resorts in Greece to Michelin Star awarded restaurants in Greece, Paris, London and Copenhagen.
