Onur Köksal
Executive ChefAfter studying Management and Culinary Arts, Onur Köksal received professional training at the Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul. He built his early career in renowned international kitchens before returning to Turkey, where he served as Head Chef at top Istanbul restaurants like Banyan, The Gourmand Galata, and La Mancha. In Bodrum, he led kitchens as Coordinator Chef at Zai Yaşam and Executive Chef at Spektr Hotel.
Blending global experience with deep local knowledge, Köksal now brings his refined culinary vision to Bagatelle Bodrum as Executive Chef.
